We have 3 private rooms available for daily, weekly or monthly rental. The rooms are 10x12 (shower and sink included), 10x14 (shower and sink included), and 10x8 (sink included). The location has a total of 3 service-provider rooms, hair styling stations, barber stations, makeup stations, a nail suite, a reception area, bathroom, and a waiting area. The plaza has plenty of parking. Rent will include common area necessities like an mp3 player in the room, wifi, soap and toilet paper. Renters will be sole proprietors and responsible for their own products, linens (no w/d on-site), tables, décor, etc. Renters will be able to make their own hours, design their own specials, choose what services to provide, file their own taxes, etc. Ideal candidates will have some experience as well as their own clientele near the West Houston/Richmond/Katy area, but this is not a deal breaker. Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Lash Technicians, Body Contouring Specialists and Waxing Specialists are all welcome. The only necessities to rent is the upfront payment and a small deposit (weekly and monthly). If you are unfamiliar with being a sole proprietor, keep in mind that being in charge of your own income has many benefits if you are willing to put in the effort, including the ability to deduct your business expenses for taxes.
